On 11/30/11 Taylor County filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2004 tax bill, $533.16, a 2005 bill, $474.22, a 2006 bill, $440.43, a 2007 bill, $372.79, a 2009 bill, $264.72, a 2010 bill, $284.30, a 2011 bill, $154.29, late fees and penalties. On 6/25/12 an agreed judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $2,741.11, interest, court costs and $1,101 in attorney's fees.

• 12-CI-038, filed 2/6/12; United Security Financial of Lake Zurich, Ill. v. Stuart A. Gilland and Melissa J. Gilland of Happy Hills Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $64,652.94, late fees, other charges, attorney's fees, advances and the sale of property. On 6/26/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $64,652.94, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, advances, other costs and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-093, filed 3/9/12; JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. of Columbus, Ohio v. Jennifer Owens of Davis Road in Campbellsville and LVNV Funding LLC of Cleveland, Ohio. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $63,736.93, interest, attorney's fees, court costs, advances, other costs and the sale of property. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $98,224.61, interest, late fees, court costs, attorney's fees, advances, other costs and the sale of property. On 6/19/12 notice was filed that the plaintiff dismissed the claim without prejudice.
