Small Claims Settled

• 12-S-074, filed 12/12/12; Evelyn Wise of Highway 1157 in Lebanon v. Crystal Childers of Filray Court in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for rent, $1,050, $515 in late fees, $101 in legal fees and $91 in court costs. On 6/27/14 the claim was dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution.

• 12-S-075, filed 12/12/12; Danny Huber of Landon Lane in Campbellsville v. Concrete Concepts and Glen Metford of Coomer Road in Burnside. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages, $2,000 and $61.60 in court costs. On 6/27/14 the claim was dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution.

• 14-S-018, filed 4/23/14; Joe Pendleton of West Main Street in Campbellsville v. Larry Gabehart of Sheridan Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for money paid for car, $2,000, and $91 in court costs. On 6/27/14 the claim was dismissed because the plaintiff stated it was paid in full and no one appeared in court.

• 14-S-019, filed 4/24/14; Loretta Moss of Twin Creek Drive in Campbellsville v. Debra Winchester of East Broadway in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for rent, $1,300, for use of washer and dryer, $200, and $91 in court costs. On 6/27/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $400, interest and $91 in court costs.

• 14-S-020, filed 5/23/14; Ronald and Sharon Hicks of Sassy Court in Campbellsville v. Tony and Lindsay Dale of Granada Drive in Louisville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for electric bill, $1,051.19, and $41 in court costs. On 6/27/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,051.19, interest and $64 in court costs.
