• 12-CI-079, filed 3/5/12; First Federal Savings Bank of Elizabethtown Inc. of Elizabethtown v. Glenview Springs LLC of Prospect, Stephen Thomas Cox of Innisbrook Drive in Prospect, Moira Cox of Innisbrook Drive in Prospect, Taylor County, Campbellsville, Campbellsville Independent Schools and Michael Hinson of Maple Street in Louisville. On 3/15/12 Campbellsville Schools filed a counterclaim for unpaid 2010 tax bills, $204.20 and $330.33, unpaid 2011 tax bills, $320.85 and $192.51, late fees and penalties. On 3/21/12 Taylor County filed a counterclaim for unpaid 2011 tax bills, $170.32 and $283.87, interest and penalties. On 7/10/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $245,000, $17,445.80 in interest, $830.80 in late charges, interest, court costs, expenses, attorney's fees and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-163, filed 4/19/12; John Routin v. John McCallister and Julia Goff of Campbellsville Road in Greensburg. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for damages caused by injuries, court costs and attorney's fees. On 7/24/12 the claim was dismissed with prejudice.

• 12-CI-201, filed 5/17/12; Bank of America NA of Plano, Texas v. Lucy Edelstein Perez and Jose Joe Perez of San Pedro, Calif. and Greensburg Road in Campbellsville.
