Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for services rendered, $1,382.24, interest and court costs. On 7/16/12 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,382.24, interest and court costs.

Jeremy Caulk of East Lemon Bend Road in Campbellsville, unknown spouse, Commonwealth of Kentucky and Taylor County. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $120,723.36, interest, attorney's fees, court costs and the sale of property. On 7/24/12 the claim was dismissed for lack of prosecution.

• 11-CI-231, filed 5/13/11; Alan Kingsbury v. Ryan K. Dudgeon of West Owl Creek Road in Campbellsville and Bankers Life and Casualty Co. of West Main Street in Frankfort. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for actual, compensatory, special and exemplary damages, attorney's fees, expenses and court costs. On 7/12/12 the claim was dismissed with prejudice.

• 11-CI-300, filed 6/28/11; BAC Home Loans Servicing LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP of Plano, Texas v. • 11-CI-528, filed 12/15/11; PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Commonwealth United Mortgage, a division of National City Bank, of Miamisburg, Ohio v. Robert S. and Drucilla M. Porter of Old Lebanon Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $73,337.03, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, other costs, advances and the sale of property. On 7/11/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $76,177.08, interest, late charges, advances, other costs, attorney's fees and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-017, filed 1/12/12; Velocity Investments LLC v. Greg D. Thompson of Columbia Highway in Greensburg. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $6,400.38, interest, court costs and attorney's fees. On 7/5/12 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $6,400.38, interest and court costs.

Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $92,742.10, interest, court costs, advances, other costs and the sale of property. On 7/5/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $104,222.71, interest, late charges, advances, attorney's fees, court costs and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-079, filed 3/5/12; First Federal Savings Bank of Elizabethtown Inc. of Elizabethtown v. Glenview Springs LLC of Prospect, Stephen Thomas Cox of Innisbrook Drive in Prospect, Moira Cox of Innisbrook Drive in Prospect, Taylor County, Campbellsville, Campbellsville Independent Schools and Michael Hinson of Maple Street in Louisville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $245,000, $17,445.80 in interest, $830.80 in late charges, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, expenses and the sale of property. On 3/14/12 Campbellsville filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2011 tax bill, $194.37, interest and penalties. On 3/15/12 Campbellsville Schools filed a counterclaim for unpaid 2010 tax bills, $204.20 and $330.33, unpaid 2011 tax bills, $320.85 and $192.51, late fees and penalties. On 3/21/12 Taylor County filed a counterclaim for unpaid 2011 tax bills, $170.32 and $283.87, interest and penalties. On 7/10/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $245,000, $17,445.80 in interest, $830.80 in late charges, interest, court costs, expenses, attorney's fees and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-163, filed 4/19/12; John Routin v. John McCallister and Julia Goff of Campbellsville Road in Greensburg. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for damages caused by injuries, court costs and attorney's fees. On 7/24/12 the claim was dismissed with prejudice.

• 12-CI-201, filed 5/17/12; Bank of America NA of Plano, Texas v. Lucy Edelstein Perez and Jose Joe Perez of San Pedro, Calif. and Greensburg Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $130,092.70, interest, attorney's fees, court costs, interest, advances and the sale of property. On 7/11/12 the claim was dismissed without prejudice.

• 12-CI-215, filed 6/1/12; Automotive Credit Corp. v. Amanda G. Rainwater of Southern Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed $6,323.80, interest, court costs and $3,381.80 in interest. On 7/24/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $6,323.80, interest, court costs and $3,459.42 in interest.

• 12-CI-231, filed 6/14/12; LVNV Funding LLC of Greenville, S.C. v. David P. Krages of Sanders Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $12,349.96, interest, court costs and $3,895.14 in interest. On 7/12/12 the claim was dismissed without prejudice.
