Small Claims Settled

• 12-S-064, filed 10/16/12; BIP LLC v. Kimberly G. Alexander of Carnation Street in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for rent and late fees, $1,215, interest, attorney's fees and court costs. On 11/16/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,215, interest and $93.50 in court costs.

• 12-S-067, filed 10/29/12; Pickett Heating & Cooling of Lebanon Avenue in Campbellsville v. Pam Bennett of White Rose Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for services rendered, $619.85 and $103.50 in court costs. On 12/28/12 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $619.85, interest and $93.50 in court costs.

• 12-S-068, filed 10/29/12; Wise Beginnings LLC of West Main Street in Campbellsville v. Sara Bell of Kenny Street in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for child care, $210 and $91 in court costs. On 12/28/12 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $210, interest and $91 in court costs.

• 12-S-070, filed 11/16/12; Norma Jean McMahan of Noe Road in Campbellsville v. Willie Bland of KY 70 in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for money paid to return vehicle, $500 and $91 in court costs. On 12/28/12 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $500, interest and $91 in court costs.

District Civil Settled

• 10-C-277, filed 6/8/10; Nationwide General Insurance Co. of Des Moines, Iowa v. Franceda Mudd and Charletta Gaddie of Townhouse Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed $3,105.95, interest and court costs. On 11/2/10 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Mudd, $3,105.93, interest, attorney's fees and court costs. On 5/23/11 the claim against Gaddie was dismissed. On 12/14/12 notice was filed stating that the judgment has been satisfied.

Circuit Civil Settled

• 09-CI-105, filed 2/4/09 in Jefferson Circuit Court; Rural Health Care of Kentucky of Louisville v. Rockie McDaniel of Hyde Park in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged breach of contract, damages, attorney's fees and court costs and sought an order determining the rights of the parties involved. The claim was transferred to Taylor Circuit Court on 3/16/09. On 4/14/09 McDaniel filed a counterclaim asking that he be declared the owner of Family Medical Center in Columbia and be paid $43,750, interest, punitive damages, past and future wages and court costs and sought an injunction for Rural Health Care to pay debts. On 12/7/12 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice because it has been settled.

• 09-CI-232, filed 8/11/09; One Bar Records of Hyde Park in Campbellsville v. Clay Underwood of Defries Road in Horse Cave, Michelle Wooley of West Main Street in Campbellsville, Vicky Connoly of Greenbriar, Tenn. and PCL Music of Nashville, Tenn. Plaintiff alleged Underwood breached contract, Wooley breached duties and Connoly and PCL Music interfered with a contract and sought punitive damages. On 12/14/09 Underwood filed a counterclaim for royalties, attorney's fees, interest and court costs. On 4/8/10 a partial summary judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Connoly and PCL Music. On 12/29/11 another summary judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Connoly and PCL Music. The judgment was appealed on 3/12/12 and the Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal 7/16/12.

• 10-CI-292, filed 6/8/10; Shawn Sowders of Elm Street in Campbellsville v. Devin E. Larimore of Crawford Street in Campbellsville and Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Co. of Louisville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for compensatory and punitive damages in collision and court costs. On 1/7/11 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim against Larimore with prejudice. On 11/28/12 the remaining claims were dismissed.

• 10-CI-486, filed 10/22/10; Onewest Bank FSB v. Tonie Jane Bryan of Old Lebanon Road in Campbellsville, William G. Bryan Jr. of Old Lebanon Road in Campbellsville, Southpoint Financial Services Inc. with service upon registered agent National Registered Agents Inc. of Louisville and Citizens Bank and Trust Co. of Paducah. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $169,675.88, interest, late fees, court costs, attorney's fees and the sale of property. On 5/29/12 Citizens Bank filed a counterclaim, $29,775.64, interest, expenses, attorney's fees and court costs. On 12/26/12 an agreed order was entered dismissing Citizens Bank as a party. On 12/26/12 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $181,327.76, interest, advances, court costs, expenses, other costs and the sale of property.
