Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for unpaid 2007 tax bill, $139.82, interest, attorney's fees and court costs. On 11/10/11 Campbellsville Independent Schools filed a counterclaim for a 2001 unpaid tax bill, $78.86, an unpaid 2005 bill, $90.85, an unpaid 2006 bill, $95.45, an unpaid 2007 bill, $95.91, an unpaid 2008 bill, $99.59, an unpaid 2009 bill, $100.74, an unpaid 2010 bill, $105.11, an unpaid 2011 bill, $93, interest and penalties. On 11/14/11 Taylor County filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2005 tax bill, $165.56, an unpaid 2006 bill, $197.43, an unpaid 2007 bill, $139.82, an unpaid 2008 bill, $172.76, an unpaid 2011 bill, $78.20, interest and penalties. On 11/16/11 Citizens Bank filed a counterclaim for $17,807.38, interest, court costs and the sale of property. On 11/21/11 Kentucky Property Tax Investments filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2005 tax bill, $638.87, interest, court costs and the sale of property. On 10/5/12 City of Campbellsville filed a counterclaim for an unpaid 2007 tax bill, $139.82, an unpaid 2011 bill, $38.20, interest and court costs. On 11/13/12 a default/summary judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $2,778.33, $139.82, interest and court costs. On 1/3/13 the complaint was dismissed with prejudice.
