Circuit Civil Settled

• 12-CI-331, filed 9/5/12; Shelter Insurance Co. v. Sean Kristen Temple of Frankfort and Washington, D.C., and unknown defendant. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for damages in collision, $6,140.50 and court costs. On 1/18/13 an agreed judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $6,140.50, interest and court costs.

• 13-CI-198, filed 5/28/13; Midwest Collection Network LLC as successor in interest to GE Capital Retail Bank of Indianapolis, Ind. v. Richard and Stephanie DeWeese of Spring Meadow Circle in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $3,454.66, interest and court costs. On 11/18/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Stephanie DeWeese, $3,454.66 and $1,483.30 in interest. On 1/13/14 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against Richard DeWeese, $3,454.66, $1,486.11 in interest and court costs.

• 13-CI-240, filed 7/11/13; Judy Absher v. Walmart Stores Inc. of Frankfort. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages in collision with cart, court costs and interest. On 9/3/13 Walmart Stores East LP was substituted for Walmart Stores Inc. and the claim against Walmart Stores Inc. was dismissed without prejudice. On 2/4/14 an agreed order was entered dismissing the claim with prejudice.

• 13-CI-307, filed 8/27/13; Ronnie L. Dobson of Hafley Bridge Road in Hustonville v. Timothy Berry Falls of Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages, medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages and court costs because of the defendant's inability to pursue a medical negligence claim. On 1/10/14 an agreed order was entered dismissing with the claim with prejudice.

• 13-CI-347, filed 10/2/13; PNC Bank, national association, of Miamisburg, Ohio v. Tama A. Marcum and James T. Marcum, both of North Country Drive in Shelbyville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $190,900.71, interest, attorney's fees, court costs, late fees, advances and the sale of property. On 1/28/14 the claim was dismissed without prejudice.

• 13-CI-359, filed 10/15/13; Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. aso Dion Coleman v. Demarcus L. Coomer of High Ridge Drive in Lexington and Beverly Bath-Atkinson of Northland Drive in Lexington. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages in collision and court costs. On 1/27/14 an agreed judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $9,507.40 and court costs.
