• 10-C-263, filed 5/28/10; Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC v. Jerry N. Layne of Hedgespeth Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $1,833.87, interest and court costs. On 1/28/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $1,833.87, interest and court costs.

Circuit Civil Settled

• 11-CI-210, filed 5/3/11; Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC v. Caleb Bell of Sheila Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed on account, $6,106.76, interest and court costs. On 2/1/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $6,106.76, interest and court costs.

• 12-CI-082, filed 3/1/12; Karen Lee v. Conrad and Judy Waters of Spurlington Road in Campbellsville and Anthony Lee of Kentahten Trail in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendants owed for damages in collision, interest and court costs. On 1/25/13 the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the claim.

• 12-CI-234, filed 6/18/12; Willard and Susan Harris v. Raymond Harris and Joanie Price of Ray Street in Campbellsville. • 12-CI-247, filed 6/26/12; Sun Trust Mortgage Inc. of Richmond, Va. v. Kathryn A. Ructer aka Wallingford of Lebanon Avenue in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $92,181.68, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, other costs and the sale of property. On 1/18/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $111,669.24, interest, court costs, advances, attorney's fees and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-267, filed 7/10/12; The Bank of New York fka The Bank of New York, as mellon trustee for the certificate holders of CWABS Inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2007-1 v. Tim Smith and Ann Smith of Cambridge Way in Campbellsville, Commonwealth of Kentucky, division of collections, of Frankfort and Taylor County. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $352,086.68, interest, late fees, attorney's fees, court costs, escrow advances and the sale of property. On 1/23/13 the claim was dismissed.

• 12-CI-348, filed 9/19/12; The Bank of New York mellon fka The Bank of New York, as trustee for the certificate holders of the CWABS Inc. asset-backed certificates, series 2006-20 v. Sandra Sue Schmidt of Oak Street in Campbellsville and Taylor County. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $87,869.41, late fees, interest, court costs, escrow advances, attorney's fees, expenses and the sale of property. On 2/6/13 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $87,869.41, interest, advances, attorney's fees, other costs, court costs and the sale of property.

• 12-CI-354, filed 9/24/12; Wells Fargo Bank N.A. of Fort Mill, S.C. v. Shelly L. and Richard Douglas Jr. of West Owl Creek Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $105,312.56, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, other costs and the sale of property. On 2/6/13 the claim was dismissed without prejudice.

• 12-CI-426, filed 11/20/12; Citizens Bank & Trust Co. v. David J. Byrne II of Smith Ridge Road in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory notes, $20,312.86, $7,265.53, $2,254.90, $22,759.70, $4,280.88, attorney's fees, court costs, expenses and sale of collateral.
