• Brandenn M. Finch, public intoxication of a controlled substance, excluding alcohol, $203.

• Lashanna A. Hatcher, more than $500 in fraudulent use of a credit card within six-month period, $513.18, 60 days in jail probated for 24 months.

• Milton K. Dunn Jr., non-approved/insufficient number/no personal floatation device, $183, prepaid.

Felony

• Christopher R. Taylor, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to misdemeanor facilitation to theft by failure to make required disposition of property, $2,558.35, 30 days in jail probated for 24 months, ordered to pay $1,867 in restitution to Broadway Auto Mart.

Circuit Civil Settled

• 12-CI-443, filed 12/7/12; Bank of America N.A. of Plano, Texas v. Andrea Nicole "Nicki" and Josh Underwood of Reflection Way in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $56,476.61, interest, attorney's fees, court costs, advances and the sale of property. On 3/15/13 a judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $56,476.51, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, advances, late fees and the sale of property.

• 13-CI-007, filed 1/9/13; United Citizens Bank of Southern Kentucky v. All American Network Cabling LLC and Joe Wasson of Hidden Meadows Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged non-payment of promissory note, $48,041.67, interest, attorney's fees, court costs and $2,322.75 in interest. • 13-CI-064, filed 2/20/13; Grange Mutual Casualty Co. v. John Thomas Wilson Jr. of Hidden Valley Road in Greensburg and unknown defendant. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for damages in collision and court costs. On 4/3/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $10,096.97, interest and court costs.

• 13-CI-080, filed 2/28/13; Taylor County Hospital District Health Facilities Corp. dba Taylor Regional Hospital v. John Kevin Powell of Summit Drive in Campbellsville. Plaintiff alleged defendant owed for services rendered, $5,707.94, interest and court costs. On 4/5/13 a default judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, $5,707.94, interest and court costs.
