A Campbellsville woman was injured Wednesday after she struck a guardrail with her vehicle.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Margaret Tucker, 65, of McMahan Road was traveling west on U.S. 68 at about 9 p.m. in a 1998 Honda Civic.
The report states that Tucker experienced a diabetic emergency and her vehicle left the roadway and struck the guardrail.
