One injured in Old Lebanon Road crash

A Campbellsville teenager was injured Sunday in a one-vehicle crash on Old Lebanon Road.

According to a Taylor County Sheriff's Office report, Dwight Purvis, 18, of 1191 E. Owl Creek Road, was traveling south at 12:15 p.m. when he told deputies he got distracted, ran off the right side of the road and struck a concrete bridge wall with his 2000 Chevrolet truck.

Taylor County Fire & Rescue personnel freed Purvis from the vehicle after he became entrapped.
