Kellye Olson, an occupational therapist with six years of clinical experience, has joined KORT Campbellsville.
Olson has recently passed the advanced skills test to achieve the title of certified hand therapist. The title is held by only 5,594 therapists worldwide. Hand therapy is the art and science of rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
To be a certified hand therapist, one must be either a physical or occupational therapist, have a minimum of five years’ experience and 4,000 or more hours of direct practice in hand therapy.
