Murder leads to civil suit against nursing facility

Case has been transfered to federal court

A civil suit alleging a local nursing home failed to supervise a convicted murderer has been transferred to federal court.

But the plaintiff in the case has requested that the case be transferred back to Taylor Circuit Court, where it originated.
