A Campbellsville man has pleaded guilty to possession of 3.5 grams of cocaine in U.S. District Court and could spend 30 years in prison for his crimes.
According to a press release from U.S. Attorney David L. Huber's office, Christopher Howard Tucker, 35, of McMahan Road, pleaded guilty last Friday to possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Tucker admitted that on Aug. 15, 2007, he had and intended to sell 3.5 grams of cocaine, with a street value of $350.
