A Campbellsville man has violated the terms of his diversion and may be sentenced to five years in prison.
Jonathan James Gurley, 19, of 701 S. Columbia Avenue in Campbellsville appeared before Taylor Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
In December 2006, Gurley pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree possession of cocaine, third-degree possession of lorazepam, failure to dim headlights and illuminate headlights, reckless driving and disregarding a stop sign in two separate cases. He originally faced one second-offense cocaine charge.
