Man has robbery charge dismissed

A Campbellsville man accused of robbery has had a charge against him dismissed.

Cory J. Gadberry, 30, of 100 Buttercup Lane appeared before Taylor Circuit Court Judge Doughlas M. George on Monday, Jan. 14.

George's court proceedings were originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 8. They were rescheduled to Jan. 14.

According to court records, a first-degree robbery charge against Gadberry was dismissed without prejudice because a witness in the case is unavailable for court proceedings.
