Man faces porn charges

A Campbellsville man has been indicted on more than 40 counts of Internet child pornography charges.

Paul E. Nance, 54, of 210 E. Walnut St. was indicted Tuesday by a Taylor County grand jury.

Nance was charged with 43 counts of distributing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. The charge is a Class D felony, punishable by one to five years in prison.

Campbellsville Police Officer Ben Riggs investigated.
