Man charged with threatening to kill others

A Campbellsville man has been charged and arrested with threatening to kill two other men.

Roger Dale Lotter, 63, of 83 Ebenezer Road, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 14, at 9:45 a.m.

According to Lotter's arrest warrant, he allegedly forced two men to stand in front of a truck on Oct. 5 and refused to let them leave. He then allegedly pointed a double barrel shotgun at the two men and told them he would "blow their heads off" and kill them.

Lotter was charged with two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening and two counts of menacing, both misdemeanor offenses.

Bond was set at $2,000 cash. Lotter is scheduled to appear in Taylor District Court for arraignment on Nov. 25.
