A Campbellsville man has been charged with receiving more than $500 in stolen property in an indictment recently unsealed by a Taylor Circuit Court judge.
A grand jury may seal an indictment if there is a possibility that the accused will try to evade police.
Bond for John Roution, 26, of 365 Sharon Drive, was set at $2,000 cash. He was ordered to not have contact with his alleged victim.
If convicted, Roution could be sentenced to as much as five years in prison.
• An indictment is a legal accusation only.
