A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with his third DUI offense.
James Kent Warren, 48, of 104 Deerfield was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Saturday, July 19.
Warren's arrest citation states he was observed driving from side to side across West Main Street.
Taylor County Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Walters stopped Warren and wrote that Warren smelled of alcohol and was drinking a mixture of whiskey and soda.
The citation states that Warren failed a field sobriety test. His blood alcohol level was .207, higher than the legal limit of .08.
