A Lebanon man has been arrested and charged with DUI.
Louis A. Simpson, 48, of 406 W. Walnut St. was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19.
According to Simpson's arrest citation, Campbellsville Police observed him driving on Kerr Street at about 2 a.m.
Court records state police stopped Simpson who smelled of alcohol and had poor balance.
Records state Simpson failed several field sobriety tests and told police he had drank four or five beers.
Simpson's blood alcohol level was .101, higher than the legal limit of .08.
