A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with second-degree indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself at Green River Marina.

According to a Taylor County Sheriff's report, a woman called the E-911 center Wednesday at about 12:20 p.m. and reported that she was at the beach at Emerald Isle Marina and saw a man exposing and touching himself in front of people on the beach.

The report states the man was attempting to leave the marina when he was stopped by Sheriff's Deputy Aaron L. Walters.

Walters then identified the man as James Earl Smith, 53, of 618 Birdwood Ave.

After arresting Smith, Walters learned that Smith had an active warrant for his arrest from December 2007 also charging him with indecent exposure.

Smith was lodged in the Marion County jail. Bond was set at $1,500 cash. Sheriff's Deputy Billy Rice assisted.
