A Campbellsville man has been arrested and charged with four counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor after he allegedly had sexual contact with a juvenile younger than 16.
Rocky Creed Kelly, 20, of 299 Campground Road was arrested Friday, Aug. 22 at 9:15 a.m.
According to Kelly's arrest warrant, he is accused of inducing, assisting or causing a juvenile to engage in sexual activity.
Kelly pleaded not guilty to the crimes, which are B felonies punishable by as much as 20 years in prison each, in Taylor District Court on Monday, Aug. 25.
Bond was set at $100,000 cash. Kelly was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Wednesday.
