A Louisville man has had his diversion revoked and will spend two years in prison on drug and other charges.
Timothy John Greene, 25, of 6502 Six Mile Lane in Louisville appeared before Taylor Circuit Court Judge Allan Bertram on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
In October 2006, Greene pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 8 ounces of marijuana, DUI, having an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license.
