The Taylor County man who claimed he wasn't given necessary medical treatment while he was an inmate has lost his case in court.
The man filed his claims at the Taylor Circuit Clerk's office in March 2010. After four years, a judge dismissed the case last week.
Jamestown Attorney Derrick Helm filed a complaint on behalf of James Johnson in Taylor Circuit Court on March 31, 2010.
Johnson named former Taylor County Jailer Rick Benningfield, Taylor County Judge/Executive Eddie Rogers, Taylor County and Southern Health Partners Inc. as defendants.
