Adair County's Lady Indians used a second-half run to pull away from Campbellsville 59-36 Tuesday night in Columbia.
Coach Mike Sneed's Lady Eagles held three first-quarter leads before Adair County used 10 points from Carli Burton to pull ahead for good.
CHS trailed only 21-20 before the Lady Indians scored the final four points of the first half.
The Lady Eagles stayed within striking distance and trailed only 35-31 when Bronte Karr nailed a three-pointer at 3:51 of the third quarter.
