Hart County sprinted out to a 20-7 first-quarter lead and had little trouble in downing the visiting Taylor County Lady Cardinals 64-29 on Tuesday night.
Haley Wright had eight points for TCHS while Hannah Howard added seven and Becca Orberson six.
Lexi Wilson and Campbellsville University signee led Hart County (11-8) with 18 and 15 points, respectively.
Taylor County (5-10) plays at Marion County, the state’s top-rated team, on Friday and will entertain Adair County on Tuesday in girl/boy twinbills with each game starting at 6:30 for girls and 8:00 for the boys.
