The local state fire and rescue training center will soon be used once again.
On Tuesday, magistrates voted to contract with the Kentucky Community & Technical College System to use the center for $1 a year for the next 30 years.
After discussing the contract for a half hour in closed session, Magistrate Ed Gorin made a motion for the county to enter into the agreement, which Dr. James Jones seconded and was unanimously approved.
