Kentucky Christian Academy was recently given a $100,000 donation from Somerset businessman Ward Correll.

The donation will be used to help pay for KCA's new school, which is estimated to cost $1.5 million.

Correll said he would donate after the board met its fundraising goal. When that happened, Correll wrote the board a $100,000 check, which KCA officials have now received.
