Booth rentals are now available for the annual Campbellsville/Taylor County Fourth of July Celebration.
Booths will be 10x12 and setup will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4.
Exhibitors can also set up at Miller Park for the annual fireworks show from 5 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4. To set up at Miller Park, there is an additional $50 fee. Vendors must have set up a booth on Main Street to set up at Miller Park.
The rate for those who want to display arts and crafts in the marketplace and nonprofit and church groups is $50. To set up in the food court, rental fee is $150.
The cost of having electricity at a booth is an additional $20. There are a limited number of electrical sites available.
Those who will sell items should provide a description of the items with a booth application. Only handmade items, made by the exhibitor and in the United States, will be allowed in the arts and crafts area. Exhibitors selling books, notions, pictures or prints, unless originals done by the exhibitor, T-shirts and other items should apply for a booth in the marketplace.
No items can be sold with the Campbellsville/Taylor County Fourth of July Celebration name or logo.
No animals will be allowed for display or sale, with exception to the Taylor County Animal Shelter.
Booth applications are due by Friday, June 15. Applications received after that date will cost $50 more, $100 more for a request for the food court. No applications will be accepted after June 27.
A request for a refund will be given only after a written request. All requests received before July 1 will receive half of the booth fee paid.
Exhibitors can set up on July 3 after 3 p.m. Those wanting to set up at Miller Park will have access beginning at 2 p.m. on July 4. Exhibitors must check in with a contact person before entering the booths/food court area.
All vendors must be set up by 5 p.m. on July 3. No set up will be allowed after 5 p.m. on July 3 or after 8 a.m. on July 4.
All exhibitors can't break down their booths until after 3 p.m. on July 4. All exhibitors at Miller Park must stay there until after the fireworks show ends.
