Judge thanks emergency services

I want to personally thank the law enforcement offices, E-911, Rescue and Fire Departments as well as the 200 to 300 volunteer citizens of this community, along with emergency and rescue personnel from surrounding counties, for their immediate and diligent search and rescue efforts for Sandra Morris. It's comforting to know that Morris is safe and recovering from what could have been a grim situation.
