They danced, hula-hooped, laughed and spent time together.
Campbellsville/Taylor County Anti-Drug Coalition, Greater Campbellsville United and the 21st century programs at local schools, among other sponsors, hosted the third annual "Lights on After School - Spotlight on Prevent" event last Thursday for youth at Campbellsville National Guard Armory.
The event focuses on preventing the use of illegal drugs and staying active, along with providing a safe and fun place for children to go after school.
Activities included inflatables, archery, games, food and prizes.
Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear declared last Thursday Lights on After School Day and many communities around the state hosted similar events.
