Low-income Taylor Countians who want some relationship help may be eligible for a free program that does just that.
The Happiness and Opportunity through Marriage Education program, also known as H.O.M.E., a nearly $2.3 million federal grant program geared toward providing free relationship assistance to low-income families, began last year.
And a set of workshops for Taylor County residents to attend, given by the Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency, will be available in the next few months.
