Holy Week and Easter services planned at St. Thomas Church

St. Thomas Church has several services planned for Holy Week and Easter. A schedule of events follows:

Sunday, March 16 - Palm Sunday: blessing and distribution of palms, remembrance of Christ's entrance into Jerusalem; and Holy Communion, 11 a.m.

Thursday, March 20 - Agape supper and Maundy Thursday observance with Holy Communion, beginning with supper at 6 p.m.

Friday, March 21 - Good Friday traditional liturgy, 1 p.m. at St. Thomas Church; and "Seven Last Words from the Cross," at 7 p.m. at Fannie Chapel C.M.E. Church, located on Durham Street.
