Holmes will play on Team Isleworth along with Mark O'Meara, captain; Robert Allenby, Stuart Appleby, Daniel Chopra, John Cook, Paula Creamer, Charles Howell III, Nick O'Hern, Craig Parry and Tiger Woods.
Team Lake Nona will consist of Ernie Els, captain; Ben Curtis, Chris DiMarco, Reteif Goosen, Trevor Immelman, Graeme McDowell, Mark McNulty, Ian Poulter, Justin Rose, Annika Sorenstam and Henrik Stenson.
The two-day tourney will be aired from noon to 5 p.m. each day.
Players compete for a $3.88 million purse and team hole-in-one prizes including 2009 Cadillac Escalade hybrids, Correct Craft Air Nautique boats, Full Swing Golf simulators and more.
The combined members of Isleworth and Lake Nona have won a total of 48 major championships and more than 700 career worldwide victories. Eleven of the top 50 men in the world will be competing along with two of the world's top five women. Isleworth professional members have already racked up nine victories in the first two months of 2008.
"This invitation-only event for members and residents, sponsors and invited guests, is truly unlike anything in the game of golf," said Andy Odenbach, vice president of sports ventures for Tavistock Group.
The tournament has donated more than $2.5 million to local and international charities in its previous four years. The winning team donates $1 million to the charities of their choice.
