A Greensburg man has been sentenced to federal prison time for being a convicted felon and having a firearm in Taylor County.
Coleman J. Williams Jr., 50, of 4218 Ebenezer Road, was indicted in April 2012 and charged with being a convicted felon and having a Remington Mohawk 48 12-gauge shotgun in Taylor County on Dec. 16, 2011.
According to the indictment, Williams had the gun knowing it had been stolen and transported across state lines. As a result of the indictment, Williams was ordered to forfeit the gun.
