Have you ever thought, "There has to be more to reading the Bible than this?" Is your knowledge of the Bible based on what others have told you, or is it based on your own study of God's word? Maybe you have been encouraged to read and study the Bible, yet never shown how?

If you want a better understanding of God's word, learn how to study the Bible the Precept way by asking the following questions: who, what, where, when, why and how?

A free two-hour seminar will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29, hosted by Living Grace Church at 1 Living Grace Drive in Campbellsville.

Jan Priddy, a certified trainer from Precept Ministries, located in Chattanooga, Tenn. will be conducting the seminar. Those who cannot attend the entire two-hour seminar may come for the first hour and receive valuable information on how to study the Bible. Child care is not available.

Though the seminar is free, attendees must register by Monday, Aug. 24 by calling Carol Freeman at 465-8042.

Precept Ministries' Inductive Bible study method is being used across the United States and in more than 150 countries by people seeking to know the truths of the Bible for themselves. All who want to know the word of God and the God of the word - from seminary professors to businessmen, from housewives to teens - attest to the invaluable help of the method used in Precept. This is a disciplined approach to a richer, fuller understanding of God's word.
