Free fitness classes offered

Campbellsville Health and Fitness is now offering a free fitness class for children ages 5 to 12 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. The class offers youth access to professionally supervised group fitness activities at no cost and helps fight childhood obesity. Campbellsville Health and Fitness is located on 1951 Old Columbia Road, near Cox Interior.
