A lawsuit filed against local school officials after a teacher says they fired her and didn’t tell her the real reason why has been dismissed.
The judge in the case wrote in court records that he found no evidence to support the former teacher’s claim.
Lexington attorneys J. Follace Fields II and Carrie C. Mullins filed the complaint on Angela Brasser’s behalf on Nov. 18, 2011, in Taylor Circuit Court.
Brasser, of Sonora, lists Campbellsville Schools Superintendent Mike Deaton and Campbellsville Board of Education as defendants.
