The following businesses were inspected by the Lake Cumberland District Health Department using the scale below.

• 85 to 100, pass inspection.

• 70 to 84, business must be re-inspected within 30 days.

• Less than 70, a suspension of permit notice is sent to owner; if owner doesn't reply within 10 days, the permit will be revoked and the business will be closed.

• Garcia's of Campbellsville Bypass in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

• Kathy's Catering of East Main Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 98, citing two violations. The floor in the kitchen was in poor repair and a wall in the kitchen was in poor repair and unclean.

• Table Toppers of South Jackson Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

• Center Stage of Lone Valley Road in Campbellsville received a health code score of 89, citing eight violations. Food wasn't properly date marked and there was spoiled food in a reach-in cooler, eggs were stored above ready-to-eat foods, an ice cream scoop was stored in dirty water, a microwave wasn't clean, a freezer wasn't clean, a reach-in cooler wasn't clean, coffee straws weren't stored for individual dispensing and floors were in poor repair and not able to be properly sanitized and cleaned. The spoiled food and not having food properly marked violations were immediately corrected at a follow-up inspection.

• Taylor County Senior Citizens Center of South Jackson Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

• Little Caesar's of East Broadway in Campbellsville received a health code score of 99, citing one violation. Wet wiping cloths weren't stored in sanitizing solution.

• Happy Days of East Main Street in Campbellsville received a health code score of 91, citing seven violations. Taco salad shells were stored uncovered, a scoop used for flour was stored unprotected and without a handle, ice cream chest freezer and a chest freezer were in poor repair, wiping cloths at sink weren't found in sanitizing solution, a salad preparation cooler and refrigerator weren't clean, the floor near an ice machine and under a grill in the kitchen were in poor repair and unclean and the wall behind a grill and pipes weren't clean.
