• 70 to 84, business must be re-inspected within 30 days.

• Less than 70, a suspension of permit notice is sent to owner; if owner doesn't reply within 10 days, the permit will be revoked and the business will be closed.

• Swan's Landing Catering of New Columbia Road in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

• Taylor County Elementary School of Lebanon Avenue in Campbellsville received a health code score of 98, citing one violation. There was no chemical test kit for checking sanitizing.

• Rocky Top Farm of Old Summersville Road in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

• Rocky Top Farm Mobile Retail of Old Summersville Road in Campbellsville received a health code score of 100, citing no violations.

• Tim Horton Camp Kentahten of Kentahten Trail in Campbellsville received a health code score of 97, citing two violations. Food was stored below cooling units in walk-in cooler and the floor of a storage room wasn't clean.

• Walmart Supercenter of Campbellsville Bypass received food and retail health code scores of 100 and 98, citing two violations. A water fountain wasn't working and the floor under shelving wasn't clean.
