The Homeplace on Green River, a historical demonstration farm and education center, will host an old-fashioned Farm Festival on Oct. 10-11.
The 220-acre farm - located on KY 55 and Tebbs Bend Road, about halfway between Campbellsville and Columbia - has been owned by only three families since its founding in 1805.
At the festival, the public will see efforts that have been made to restore the 203-year-old property and will also get to experience a wide variety of traditional farm activities.
