Extension office offers piggy bank pageants

Taylor County Extension Office is offering a chance to go "hog wild" and celebrate the Kentucky Saves initiative.

Residents can use their creativity to make a piggy bank and save their change.

Banks in Taylor County are hosting preliminary pageants for separate age groups.

Take a "piggy bank" to one of the locations below by Dec. 3 for display and judging.

After Dec. 3, winners from each group will be taken to the Taylor County Extension Office where a county winner will be selected.
