Taylor County Sheriff's deputies have found the flatbed trailer stolen from Taylor County High School.

Willie Bland, 29, of 56 Anna Court in Campbellsville has been arrested and charged with the theft.

According to a report filed by Taylor County Sheriff's Deputy Allen Newton, Bland was charged with theft by unlawful talking more than $300.

A report filed by Taylor County Sheriff's Deputy Tom Finck stated that the theft was caught on the school's security video system.

At 12:51 a.m. on Friday, April 4, someone driving a two-tone Jeep Cherokee backed up to the trailer, which was parked by the Taylor County Band barn. Using bolt cutters, the individual cut the lock off of the trailer, hitched the trailer to their vehicle and drove away.

Taylor County Band Director Stephen Bishop discovered that the trailer was missing on April 9. It was recovered Tuesday, April 15.

Newton's report states that the investigation is ongoing and other charges and arrests are expected.

Bland was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center. His bond was set at $10,000 cash.
