Crystal ball sees tough prep football seasons for locals

The not-so-accurate crystal ball in January picked Campbellsville to “clip” Taylor County 13-12 in high school football and for the Eagles to go 5-5 overall and 1-1 in the play-offs and the Cardinals to go 4-6 and be denied a post-season berth.
A lot of things have happened since then, but after wiping off more dust, the crystal ball will not let this old prognosticator change his picks much for 2012.
Here’s a week-by-week look at our local prep teams and what might, but probably will not, happen:
