Rhonda Craig was the guest speaker for the Campbellsville Business & Professional Women's Club monthly meeting on Thursday, Sept. 11 at Creek Side Restaurant.
Craig is owner of the Tulip Tree on Main Street in downtown Campbellsville. When asked what made her decide to go into business for herself, Craig quickly replies, "God made me do it."
She said that many prayers were prayed before she was led to open her business. She brought samples of some of the gifts she has available. Long before opening her business, Craig was an independent candle distributor.
She is helping the Campbellsville BPW Club with a fundraiser to raise money to provide scholarship to graduating seniors from Campbellsville and Taylor County high schools.
If you would like to purchase a candle to help with this fund, contact club president Renay England at 469-8533.
The club would like to invite any working woman to attend its meetings, which take place on the second Thursday of each month at Creek Side at 5:30 p.m.
