CPD investigate stolen property

Campbellsville Police Department investigated a report of stolen property and two juveniles were charged last Friday with burglarizing a local home.

On Sept. 5, Campbellsville Police Officers Daniel Forbis and Charles Houk received a report of a burglary that occurred weeks earlier.

Campbellsville Police Officer Andy Warren had responded to a burglary at a home on Southern Drive and initialed the original investigation.

Forbis and Houk began a follow-up investigation. After several interviews, they identified two male juvenile perpetrators.
