Those wanting to kick their smoking habit can receive some free help to make sure that New Year's resolution is a success.
Taylor Regional Hospital will host its Cooper Clayton Method to Stop Smoking class beginning Monday, Jan. 6.
Richard Phillips, TRH staff development coordinator, will facilitate the class. He says it's free and open to anyone wanting to kick their smoking habit for good.
"It's the most effective class on the market, that I know of," Phillips said.
