Campbellsville Middle School scored on its sixth play from scrimmage and never looked back in posting a 34-0 road win at Taylor County on Thursday night.
Devonte Cubit scored two touchdowns, ran in two conversions and passed for a third to keep the Eagles undefeated.
Dejhon Irvin took a pass from Tyrion Taylor for another Eagle score with Taylor getting the final tally on a 10-yard run. Cameron Smith ran in the final one-point conversion. (Conversions are one point and extra-point kicks two points in the Mid-Kentucky Middle School Athletic Conference.)
Taylor County picked up a pair of first-half first downs on a 52-yard run by Spencer Agee and a Marcus Moore pass to Logan Parker covering 16 yards.
Taylor County, which drew a first-round bye as the number-2 seed for the MKMSAC play-offs, will host Bardstown in the semi-finals on Saturday at a site to be announced.
