Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Aug. 20 docket:

• Joshua Edward Cochran, 33, of 203 Sheridan Drive #B in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to third-degree assault and first-degree fleeing or evading police, prosecutor recommends five years' probation, sentencing set for Sept. 17; pleaded guilty to third-degree terroristic threatening, driving on a license suspended for DUI with aggravator, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, menacing, failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation and second-degree disorderly conduct, sentenced to two years' probation; charges of possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to or improper signal and being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed; pleaded guilty to DUI, third or subsequent offense, sentenced to serve 120 days in jail as alternative sentence, credit given for time already served.

• Tina Gaskins aka Tina York Morgan, 28, of Second Street in Greensburg, pleaded guilty to first-degree selling a controlled substance, amended from first-degree selling 10 or more dosage units of a controlled substance, granted five-year pretrial diversion, ordered to serve three years in prison if fails terms, to pay $1,000 in restitution to Kentucky State Police, final disposition Aug. 21, 2018.

• Amy M. Mann, 32, of 166 Garnett St. in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation on 10 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks, first-degree selling less than 10 dosage units of a controlled substance, making methamphetamine, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and three counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child, pleaded guilty to Aug. 6, ordered to pay $2,826.06 in restitution.

• Cody Mann, 23, of 1881 Sportsman Lake Road in Campbellsville, sentenced to 13 years' probation on charges of making methamphetamine, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree selling less than 10 dosage units of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and three counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child, pleaded guilty to on Aug. 6 and on a charge of theft by unlawful taking more than $500 after violating terms of diversion granted June 19, 2012, ordered to complete Taylor County Drug Court program.
