Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Oct. 12 docket:

- Jordon W. Coppage, 24, of 106 Layton Drive in Campbellsville, sentenced to five years' probation and 60 days in jail on two counts of theft by unlawful taking more than $500, pleaded guilty Sept. 22, ordered to pay $1,000 fine.

- Joel Cuebas Jr., 20, of 1505 Lakeshore Circle in Crestwood, Ky., charge of receiving less than $10,000 in stolen property dismissed with prejudice and defendant stipulating probable cause for arrest.

- Huezell Ford, 37, of 24 Kountry Korner in Greensburg, pleaded guilty to charge of non-support, amended from flagrant non-support, sentenced to two years' probation, ordered to make payments and pay additional $25 toward arrearage; charge of being a first-degree persistent felony offender dismissed.

- Barbie Vanhorn Hackney, 43, of 132 Pierce Road in Greensburg, completed terms of three-year pretrial diversion granted in April 2008, two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged prescription, charged dismissed.

- Joshua W. McIntrye, 20, of 553 Green Bottom Road in Carrollton, Ky., pleaded guilty to receiving less than $500 in stolen property, amended from receiving less than $10,000 in stolen property, sentenced to two years' probation.

- Makyta Compton Poynter, 31, of 2160 Bloomfield Road in Springfield, sentenced to five years' probation on three counts of second-degree burglary, second-degree complicity to burglary, theft by unlawful taking more than $300, two counts of theft by unlawful taking less than $300 and complicity to theft by unlawful taking less than $300, pleaded guilty Sept. 10.

- Christopher Poynter, 35, of 104 Hillview Terrace, Apt. 1, in Greensburg, sentenced to five years' probation on 19 counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of complicity to second-degree burglary, six counts of theft by unlawful taking more than $300, 12 counts of theft by unlawful taking less than $300 and two counts of complicity to theft by unlawful taking less than $300, pleaded guilty Sept. 10, ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution.

- Stephanie Wolfe, 33, of 500 E. 80 Drive in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty to theft by deception more than $300, granted five-year pretrial diversion, to be sentenced to serve three years in prison if fails terms, ordered to pay $7,750 in restitution, final disposition set for Oct. 20, 2015.

Taylor Circuit Court Judge Dan Kelly's Oct. 19 docket:

- Sherry Kirtley Cambron, 49, of 151 Smith Ridge Road, Lot 21, in Campbellsville, sentenced to two years' probation on charge of theft by unlawful taking more than $500, pleaded guilty Sept. 27, ordered to pay $500 in restitution.

- Justin D. Sanders, 21, of 926 Boxwood Court in Lexington, receiving less than $10,000 in stolen property, dismissed without prejudice with defendant stipulating probable cause for arrest.

- Christopher Thompson, 35, of 314 Clem Haskins Blvd. in Campbellsville, pleaded guilty in two separate cases to two counts of flagrant non-support, prosecutor recommends five years' probation to be served at the same time as sentences in other cases, order to make payments, formal sentencing set for Nov. 16.

- James C. Warren, 21, of 104 Deerfield Road in Campbellsville, granted five-year pretrial diversion on 45 counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged checks, pleaded guilty Sept. 22, to be sentenced to serve five years in prison if fails terms, ordered to complete Alcohol Recovery Center program and pay $1,522.87 in restitution, final disposition set for Oct. 20, 2015.
